| Engineering Graduate Trainees |

We are looking for a self motivated Graduate Trainee to contribute to our Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will be a
recent graduate qualified to a Masters Degree level (IMechE / IET approved) in Mechanical / Automotive or Electrical / Electronic
disciplines (2:2 or above) and have proven ability to work closely within a team.

As part of a two year development scheme, the successful candidate will have involvement in:
- International design / development teams, developing products for all major world markets
- Design and development activities in unit areas such as Brakes, Cab Systems, Engine installations and Transmission / controls.

In return we are looking to actively support and progress your career and membership of IMechE or IET to Chartered Status,
with an expectation of continuous professional and personal development.

You will be able to demonstrate a practical approach to problem solving, good communication and interpersonal skills and working knowledge of PC based computer software e.g. Microsoft Office, CAD. And also proven process improvement methodologies.
