The company reviews and analyses various entry routes into the business to ensure that talent is entering at differing levels and stages of the organisation. This can mean developing both an undergraduate and graduate programme as necessary depending upon the needs of the business.
Graduates have recently entered the business within various roles and have been employed within departments such as Engineering, Purchasing and Finance.
Undergraduates are typically sought to follow our successful “sponsored student” scheme whereby the company provides sponsorship to the student whilst they are at university, provides a summer placement for them (ideally within a related field), with the ultimate aim of the student securing a role with the company upon completion of their studies.
